How much does it cost to have Travallure design and manage my trip?
Much like a CPA or interior designer, Travallure charges professional service fees to design and manage your booking, saving you valuable time and ensuring a quality experience. In order to provide flexibility, we offer several options depending on the type of travel (escorted tours/cruises vs. custom itineraries) and the amount of assistance you desire. Fees for fully-customized itineraries start at $450 and are based on things like trip length, number of travelers, complexity, time to departure, and other considerations. If you expect to do a lot of traveling within a given year, a limited number of annual retainers are also available.

Why do you charge a service fee?
As a part of Travallure's business model, we do not rely solely on commissions that are paid by providers (hotels, tours, excursions, etc.), as they can vary widely or not at all. Our commitment is to always recommend the experience that is right for you. The service fee affords us the ability to focus on quality over quantity and invest the necessary time, research, and advocacy in building, booking, and managing your best possible experience. Fees are further invested into continuing education, conferences and trade shows, site inspections, and systems and tools that help us stay current and continually expand our services in the interest of our clients' experience.

Can you get me a deal?
We always search for the best value for our clients. Sometimes that can include a great rate or exclusive promotion, but it will always include time saved and added value along the way. We are more about giving you the best experience for your money rather than the cheapest. We offer a personalized service and invest in partnerships who can provide a greater benefit and peace of mind than the majority of deals on the internet. Your trip is worth it. From cruises to custom itineraries, we're committed to your best experience.

Can you book with my hotel or airline reward points?
We love reward points! Unfortunately, we are unable to book on your behalf via points at this time. We will be happy to apply any loyalty numbers to your reservations, however, so you can continue earning.

Do you book AirBnB's?
No, we do not book AirBnB due to the inability to properly vet the accommodation nor advocate for you if something goes wrong. We do have access to other vetted vacation rentals, however, to provide you with a similar experience.
